Hi - I followed the link in the "Nabble forum scheduled for deletion" email and have logged in as owner but I cannot find any instructions.  This happened once before and I did see a banner of some sort on that occasion.

Yes - I followed the link in the warning email.

I just checked and your forum won't be deleted.
When a forum is scheduled for deletion, it has a warning in the home page with the option to "save" this site. Maybe someone had got into your site and marked the option saying to not delete your forum.
