Quick little CSS question

I'm an intermediate in the CSS division, and I was wondering about the CSS restrictions.

 Are there any restrictions for comments, non-standard properties, etc. (e.g.  change the CSS cursor's default)?

I don't think there are restrictions.  Why don't you create a test forum and try it yourself?
