Problem with posting message in HTML format

gflcommish
I am trying to post a standings table into my forum and am having a problem that despite my best efforts, I cannot resolve.  I am copying the HTML into a new post in a sub forum and in one sub forum it works perfectly and displays how I want - in the other sub forum, it displays as if the "message is in HTML format" button is not clicked.  The application types and the HTML code is the exact same!

Here's the one that works:
http://gladiator-football-league.1081619.n5.nabble.com/Commish-Standings-td1053.html

Here's the one that doesn't work:
http://gladiator-football-league.1081619.n5.nabble.com/Test-Standings-td1061.html

Again - same code, same application type.  I am at my wits end here.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance!!

Both posts have a similar table, I didn't see what is wrong.

Apparently - the only thing I hadn't done was make sure that all permissions in both sub-forums were exactly the same.  Once I did that, it worked in both places.  Can anyone tell me which permission is the one that might have caused me the issue?

I didn't understand exactly what was the problem, because here it was working all the time.
To set permissions in sub-forums you have to get into the sub-forum -> options -> users -> Change permissions.
