Problem with CSS Templates

I have created multiple forums using the Darkness template perfectly fine and as recently as 2 days ago.. but today when I attempted to create a new forum and use the Darkness CSS Template the forum and code did not update.  I deleted the forum and tried again with the same result and even tried editing an existing forum with the same result.. code does not change.  The forums that have already been created still work fine.. and yes I am saving the changes.

Could someone please look into this?
