Posting issue

There seems to be an issue with Nabble recognizing that a post has been accepted.  I posted a message via Nabble about an hour ago.  The post on Nabble is still pending and even sent me an email notifying me that the post still has not been accepted.  I just double-checked a few things and myself as well as the forum are still subscribed but the post has been accepted as it appears on the mailing lists archive?

ps. Not sure if it matters but the forums I manage are using the excellent new custom domain name :)

Forums are still not updating?  We are on n4, is there a known issue guys?

Hi Geert, I think only that Pharo Smalltalk forum is not updating. All others seem to work fine (look at the date/time of this fresh message).

So maybe you should investigate and make sure that that archive is still subscribed. You can simply try to subscribe again and check the response. Did you get messages from that mailing list today?

Hi Hugo, no still not working .  I checked and both the forum and myself are still subscribers.  I have too many forums to check whether each one of them is still updating and archiving.  Why would a forum stop working if the subscription hasn't changed though?

Hi Geert, I was receiving those confirmation emails, so I forwarded them to you. I received them because I migrated that archive from the old to the new Nabble. But I fixed the forum to forward them to you from now on.

I just checked the archive and it has a lot of new messages today. I believe it is working again, although I didn't change anything. So please let me know if you still see issues.

I'm having the same problem. I posted a message yesterday - it was said to be pending. I tried again today and it is still pending.

I am a registered subscriber, and have successfully placed posted in the past.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I see that your post is still pending, so it probably won't get through the list. If you are 100% sure you are a subscriber, you can try sending that question as an email to the list (don't use the Nabble interface this time). If your message gets through the list, it will be archived at Nabble. This is the basic test you can do for now.

I will investigate why your user name is Euphoria-2 on this server, but I can see that we have an older user with the same name here. So the system shouldn't have let you select this name, but somehow it did. I will take a look.
