Possible to have more than 1 blog on one account?

Pretty much as the title says really - I run a busy website and rebuilding it in HTML5. I have created a Nabble blog for the news page but I need another two blogs for other topics on the site.

Is it possible I can run them all from one account?

It is, but with some issues.

Simply create the additional blogs as sub-forums. Each can be embedded in different pages.

The problem is that you will be able to navigate to the root "News" page while still appearing to be on a blog page within your menu system on your main site.
