Nabble is a nice and very useful service, but the search on the front page is just really, really terrible.
One would expect the search to first and formost return the home-pages of Nabble forums, mailing list archives etc. then actual matches with Nabble forums and then maybe in addition, sites from the web.
For example when searching for "PostgresSQL" one would expect to get es the first hit the forum:
http://postgresql.1045698.n5.nabble.com/.
But that does not even show up in the search result (at least not on the first page).
It is as if the search bar on the home page would deliberately not show useful results - it us absolutely useless. If I want to search the internet, I can use Google or other search engines myself.
Which is actually the much better solution anayways: a search for "PostgresSQL site:nabble.com" on Google provides as the first match exactly what Nabble's own search should do: the PostgresSQL Nabble forum.
