Please help - how can users receive daily or weekly digest option

Hi there, just started with Nabble and embedded a free forum into a weebly site for carpooling.  I'm wondering how to provide the option for users to receive updates via a daily or weekly digest.  I'm concerned that if people receive too many emails that they will not use the site.

A user of your forum will receive no emails from your forum unless they choose to Subscribe. They do this through:
Options > Subscribe via email

On the Subscribe screen they see a number of options that limit the mail they receive. They also have the choice of subscribing at the top level of the forum, to individual sub-forums or an individual topic.

Hi Greg thanks for your response. Just tried again and no such screen appears in any of the steps that display any options that could limit the mail they receive. It's a carpool forum with only  2 topics.

I only had the option to put in my email address then was sent

Then when I clicked the link I was taken to another screen with no option. Any ideas?
