Please! Forum is out of credits.

On the website I manage: www.latitudini.org  and inserted a forum for Nabble which may be checked: #FORUM LATITUDINI

I day 31-08-2013, I paid transaction $30 to remove advertising forum: # FORUM LATITUDINI off my site with 100,000 credits, but still continue to appear now!
Our website was just enabled the public a few days ago and while our association partners signing up go, I need urgently remove advertisements.

Now I'm not sure because now have 0 credits. I didn't manage to save anything before it kicks me off again. Could I get any more?
I understand that the credits are based on page views and visitors are deducted when someone visits (each opening) your forum or you, but the payment was made and the
