Photo Gallery Question

I am using the Photo Gallery and normally when you go to the index list you see a list of thumbnails that represent that gallery along with the name of the person that posted that gallery and the number of views. However lately some of the thumbnails aren't showing up, instead I am getting "..." three dots and the name of the person that posted it along with the number of views. When the title of that gallery is clicked on the app goes to that gallery like it is suppose to. How can I get the thumbnails to show up like they are suppose to?

Here is a screen capture of my index page containing the missing thumbnails. I blurred out the screen capture because the galleries are for adults ONLY.
