When I tried to use ANY of the URLs in the message, every single one demanded a site login (through a dialog, not the page).  I foolishly typed two guesses what I might have used, and then realized it might be a phishing scam based on posts from a legitimate Apache support forum in which I did participate.

Is this in any way legitimate?  If not, PLEASE confirm that you have dealt with its creator harshly!

Hi Mark, sorry for that email. It was sent by our test server, so it is not a phishing email. It shouldn't have been sent to you because that server is just for testing. We will fix this problem immediately, but you can relax because it is not a bad email. Thanks for reporting this issue.

Oh, thank goodness!  I was one of the lucky GMail users who had my account hacked in China, so I wasn't really eager to see that kicked up a notch!  I had already changed every online account I could recall that used the username/passwords I tried, but I was still freaked that I'd wake up next week and find my identity wasn't my own any more.
