You are posting your question to the support site of the people who produce the forum software.
However, it sounds as if your problem is with the people who are running the forum where you post.
Try this:
Visit the forum.
Find a post by the forum adminstrator.
Click the avatar/icon to the left of the subject of the post
That should take you to a screen where you can email the forum administrator. Explain your problem to them.
