I am really really annoyed.
First of all despite NUMEROUS attempts to get Nabble to reclassify my blog as NON ADULT, they havent.
I am in the process of building a Wordpress blog to embed to replace it, due to Nabble completely ignoring my pleas to reclassify.
I had to pay for credits so my blog stayed live - I bought 10K a few weeks ago that went through OK. Then, due to some exclusive (and, get this Nabble NON ADULT) content my blog hits went up rapidly so I needed to buy another 10K credits this weekend - which I did Saturday night using Amazon Payments.
I was surprised to see the next day I got an automated email from Nabble saying I was low on credits . I assumed the payment I did hadnt gone through so I did it again and checked the credits had been added - they were.
But on checking my transaction history, the Saturday payment for credits HAD gone through but the credits had NOT been added to my blog. I have the transaction ID and want to know if Nabble can sort it out from here (they dont seem to pay much attention to the free forum in my experience) or if I have to take it up with Amazon and dispute the transaction?
