Why do you say "there is no form of security on this box" when the URL is through a secure server using the https//: protocol and the earlier screen refers to "Stripe". Google for "stripe payments" and you find plenty of information about the service the company provides and why Nabble might choose to use it and even why they might not wish to use Paypal.

What I meant was whenever I purchased anything or given my card details there's always been some form of security symbol such as a padlock but I don't see anything like that, I just wondered if stripe was the only payment service nabble used at this time.

Stripe is what Nabble uses these days. Paypal is not used by them.

Perhaps you're not looking for the padlock in the right place.  These days, browsers have all lost the status line which is where the padlock used to be shown. Now you normally see it see it near the address bar, but it does depend on the device/browser you're using.

I'm afraid I don't have the answer to that one. If it does turn out there is a problem, I would recommend creating a new topic explaining the issue in that (So that Nabble staff don't assume there's an on-going issue I am able to help resolve).

Hi - want to change the bank that my subscription comes out of - but seems the only button on the forum is for cancellation.  

Do I have to cancel and then resubmit?
