Options are unusable in my forum

I am an admin in my forum and I can't get access to all of the features in the drop down menu "Options". The only feature available is "subscribe via email", to which I'm sure there are more features included under Options. Here is a screenshot:

That usually only happens if you are not logged in.

Can you confirm you were logged in.

Also, Pedro (the Support chief) will need the URL of your forum if he is to investigate further.

The problem was my browser. I was using Google Chrome and I decided to see if Safari continued the problem. Turns out Chrome, on my computer, doesn't allow me to use the "Options" menu as an Admin. Thanks for the help.
