Option not giving full options

Hi Nabble! when i press option button see in image  i get only one option as showing in image. whats wrong with it. when i started this forum it going well but not now.plz help

You don't show enough of the screen to give an answer and we need to know more e.g.:

Is the user logged in?
What Groups does the user belong to?
What Permissions have been granted to that Group?

Also, in case there is a more fundamental problem, it is always useful to give the URL of the forum.
