Observed 22 active and deprecated rules in sonar v3.6

Hi,
We are currently using sonar v3.6 in our prod environment and we observed  total 22 deprecated active rules.
Are you aware of these 22 deprecated active rules in sonar v3.6?
If so, how do we proceed with this.
Do you suggest to mark all 22 deprecated rules as inactive and corresponding Respective squid rules as active?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
