No one can post on my forum

jivebunny
I have a new forum with Nabble and to start with people could post comments but no longer.
You can use the comment box but when you try to in put the letters and numbers at the bottom of the post to show you are Human it keeps telling me and others the letters input do not match! Can some one help?
My site is (http://jivebunnys-celebrity-forum.2311466.n4.nabble.com/)

"No longer"? Have you changed permission settings since this change or do you mean it doesn't work like your old forum?

By default a new Nabble forum will allow "Anyone" to post, but this requires they complete the "Captcha".

The "Captcha" should only appear to non-registered users or those not logged in, so you may need to adjust permissions and have your users login to avoid needing to use the "Captcha".

I do find some of the Captchas difficult to read. Always use the "Change Code Image" link if you cannot be certain of the characters needed. In my experience they all consist of five characters, all either upper case letters or numbers. Knowing that can make it easier to make out what characters to type.

Thanks for coming back to me so soon!
I have had a look at the Permissions and it is set ok! for all users to add a comment.
I have input up to 20 sets of letters and still nothing! I am lost for ideas.

If "Anyone" has permission to "Create_topic" or "Reply" then users in that group will need to enter the Captcha.

If there is a genuine reason for the Captcha system being faulty on your forum, then you will need to wait for a member of the Nabble team to investigate.

However, you will see a test post from me that I entered without difficulty. (Feel free to delete it once the issue is resolved!)

Thanks for doing that!
I was having a think so I tried other browsers and I was able to post on the forum!
The only browser that I could not post with was Firefox so it seems to be something about Firefox or the way I have it set up.
Thank you for your time!

Strange that! Because Firefox is the browser I was using when I made my post.

Nevertheless if your problem is browser specific that should provide some clues for the experts. Hopefully, one of the Nabble team will be along shortly.

I will have to play around with my add ons to see if something is blocking things!
I have been told on my shoutbox that at least 2 people have had the same problem,it would be nice to show you but my old shoutbox provider was closed down.

one of my members has a problem seeing HTML signatures...we boiled it down to him using Firefox, with Internet Explorer he has a full view...we could not learn anything specific about the problem with Firefox, i just posted this to confirm for you that there is a browser issue of some sort.
