No captcha being generated/email address unrecognized

We have a member trying to register at our forum and NO CAPTCHA is being generated for them!  Plus, I tried to sign in to my account with the email I use to receive messages from Nabble and this email is not recognized! I tried my other email addresses in case there was a mistake and I can't get an email recognition for my account!! I had to sign up for an account under a different email to submit this request for help! Please help!
