Hi, sorry if this has already been discussed before (I wanted to browse through the whole Nabble Free Support forum but its just too many threads to browse through). I wanted to post my idea of a feature.
That feature is called Dashboard (or similar names, whatever other forum system may call it). It can be described as a detailed control view, which can be used to view self/other users' detailed activity on the given date. So, for example I can have the option to view user A's activity from starting Feb 2011 to starting March 2011, how many posts the user has contributed, how many threads the user has starred, how many comments, etc2.
The reason why I proposed Dashboard is because I will be implementing monthly rewards for forum users who have contributed enough activities to the forum. They have to reach at least certain contribution to be eligible for the prize draw, in which they will be entered in a random lot draw (I will be using www.random.org for drawing random numbers). This will help fire up activities into the blogspot and the forum.
In light of this feature that I often see in some forums, I would also like to propose "user title" features. My forum is embedded to my blogspot, which will be a college community blog-forum. It would be nice if I have a feature to assign user title "Lecturers" to the teachers in the college, as well as "Moderators", "Reviewers", "Photographers", etc2.
