New Nabble (3.0?)

Dale
Any chance we'll see the next iteration of Nabble sometime this year?

What are you expecting of Nabble 3.0?

There are almost daily updates to the code behind Nabble. Don't be misled be the very occasional posts to the topic:

For one thing, changing the default icons with custom icons. I wish there was a way to switch them on the user side. Maybe a more robust CSS/layout editor? To be honest, I really don't know what I would want from a Nabble 3.0 except a change in the 'look and feel' department. Gradients or bevels would be a nice option.

Well, that can be done by editing the NAML code. There was a recent post at:

which provides the necessary hints on achieving that.

Ah! I guess you mean that you want something easier than editing NAML?

Robust? That normally means, "doesn't fall over". For me it has always worked as expected. When it hasn't, it's always turned out to be my fault for entering bad code.

Again, they can be added through editing the NAML or CSS - though I do accept some of these facilities do need some coding expertise.
