Nabble allowing email addresses to appear in public search results

In the Nabble Help page ...

... it is stated that ...

        "Is my email address protected? Yes. All email addresses on Nabble are obfuscated. And, we do NOT share, sell or trade your email to anyone."

So how come a Yahoo search for my email address, (removed), gives 5 hits, 2 of which are from Nabble?  Please remove my email address from all publicly viewable locations.

I searched google and yahoo and I couldn't find those locations. Could you please post the link to the Nabble pages that contain your email address?

Your email is not available in those pages. What happened is that Yahoo found pieces of your email in those pages. You can use your browser search, but won't find any match:

All emails are displayed as [hidden email] links. The only email I see is in the subject of the first topic, but this isn't the email you have posted. Do you care about that one?

        (removed)
... so I care about either of them.  However it's the first that has recently begun to get some spam, and I'm trying to find out why.  If possible, I would like Nabble to prevent Yahoo finding or displaying my email addresses.

Your email is not available anymore in those Nabble pages. Soon Yahoo will forget them (actually, the last link is gone now). What happens now is that this support thread is found by the same search. So you may edit your posts to remove that information if you want.
