Nabble Redirects to Non-Nabble Site

mpafumi
When we click on certain sub-groups in our forums, Nabble is redirecting to a non-Nabble URL.  We cannot figure out how to fix this.

For example, go to http://connect-forums.3294226.n2.nabble.com/ and click on CONNECT Developers.  Nabble redirects to a non-Nabble site, which then of course returns a page not found.

Thoughts?

The URL that the link resolves to is:

https://connectopensource.atlassian.net/wiki/developer-resources/forums/developer-forum#nabble-f3294228

The final portion, #nabble-f3294228, is what I expect to see where a page of your forum has been embedded within another site.

Given the error message you see on that site:

=================================================================
The page you were trying to reach could not be found. This could be because:

    The page does not exist.
    The page exists, but you do not have permission to view it.
=================================================================

I guess that someone has chosen the embed that section of your forum on an inappropriate page to which most (perhaps no one) will not have access. I believe it needs to be sorted at the
https://connectopensource.atlassian.net
end, not at Nabble.

I should have made clear...

The administrator of the main site needs either:

• To adjust the settings on the page on which the Nabble forum is embedded to allow access to it or if it was a mistake to embed it then
• Just temporally - for the few seconds it takes - allow access to the page so the embedding can be removed.

The site on which the forums were previously embedded no longer exists.  Is there a way to remove the logic that is causing that forward from within Nabble itself?  What is strange is why some of the subgroups work but some don’t – all were created the same (or so we thought).
