Nabble Newspaper

What exactly is nabble newspaper? I see nothing helpful in the forums or help/FAQ,
and do not want to clog the namespace by creating a disposable one to test out.

The Nabble Newspaper is a place where you can post topics as if they were "news". The main page lists the topics in a newspaper-like website, with image preview, etc. Here is one example:
