My forum was deleted

My Forum was deleted, but because the message about it's soon to be deletion went into my spam folder, I was not able to prevent it.  I recieved this message (below) and followed it's instructions.  So the zip file they sent was saved to my computer, but I need to restore the forum- with all of it's topics and members still intact and as soon as possible.  What do I do?? PLEASE HELP!!

Send the XML file that contains the forum archive to one of the Nabble Team. They should be able to restore your forum.
