My forum is the wrong type, please change it for me

I run NerjaTalk, a simple forum for people who visit Nerja, Spain.  I made a mistake when setting the forum up and now I'm out of credits - the content is certainly not adult content, can the forum please be switched to family-friendly.  Pretty please?

Credits remove adverts and have no impact on "Adult" status.

You need to wait till one of Nabble's staff see this topic and reset the setting.

For them to be able to do this, post the URL of your forum.

How long does it normally take for this to be done?  I first asked in July last year???

Normally, three or four days maximum.

It depends on how busy the Support Team is answering Premium Support issues. If you don't get a response in that time it may be worth reposting the request and URL in a fresh topic.

I have just received an email stating that I'm running out of credits.  My forum still appears to be an "adult" material forum.  Can this please be changed?  This is a holiday town discussion forum and there is no adult content.

The forum details are listed above.  Can someone please address this?
