My Forum Is Gone - *update* Deleted Embed Code From Site - Admins Help

Hi, I just made a template change to my blog. I had the forum embedded. Now when I click the link it shows nothing. For a split second when the link is clicked it does show it (in my old template format) but when the page fully loads, nothing. I also tried logging in and it says it doesn't recognize my username/password. So I couldn't even start a dang topic. I created another user name with the same email as I had used originally, which is strange it let me. Surely I didn't lose my forum did I? I had it so it would reroute it under embedding options, so I can't even access it through the original email I was sent to bookmark the link.

The link is: http://gt5-swerve-tour.979004.n3.nabble.com/ and it reroutes to where it should, just shows nothing.

I'm hoping it can be taken off of rerouting so I can re-embed. Please help me with any info you guys have. I couldn't find a post like this one.

I don't see the code in my html template anymore. I'm assuming it got removed. When I somehow get back to the screen where it says "embedding options", I click it and it redirects to my newly made site, but shows no forum. I'm also assuming this is an easy fix (for an admin) so I hope I grab their attention. I would imagine if they had the control to reset my embedding options, I then could access my forum on nabble, then re-embed it. Again please help if you can
