Messages not getting archived at Nabble

Jennifer Vendetti
I recently archived our mailing list at Nabble.  Users are posting messages that are successfully delivered to the list and archived by Mailman:

https://mailman.stanford.edu/pipermail/protege-user/2014-February/date.html

However, the corresponding Nabble forum continues to be empty:

http://protege-project.136.n4.nabble.com/Protege-User-f4659815.html

I've confirmed that the necessary Nabble email address is subscribed to our mailing list.  Is there anything else I need to do to get this to work properly?

Many thanks,
Jennifer

Please, on your Nabble applivation, go to Options - Mailing List Archive Settings -> List server, and set it with the correct version of your mailman.
Let me know if it fix the problem.

Hello Pedro.  I changed the List Server setting that you recommended early this morning.  Several messages have have been posted on our mailing list today and archived, but I'm still not seeing anything in the Nabble forum.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Re: Messages not getting archived at Nabble

In the end I couldn't get this working.  I deleted the forum and tried recreating.  After recreating, messages are now successfully getting archived at Nabble:

http://protege-user.60278.x6.nabble.com/

The only difference during the creation process was specifying the type of the List Server as Mailman.  The first time around I left this as "Unknown or Other" and the archiving didn't work for me.

Unfortunately though, I'm now unable to set the parent of the new forum.  I signed up for paid support and submitted a new topic there:
