Membered Registeration problem

Member has registered and did not receive a email confirmation to activate their account. How can I resend them confirmation to active there account? They looked in their Spam folder and nothing in Spam either. Please help if possible.

Is this the same member who gets a response "invalid email".

It does begin to sound as if they may have entered an incorrect email address and that is why the confirmation email has gone to some non-existent address - or just to someone else.
