I am not sure I understand your question. Maybe you can post a link to a forum that has what you want. Then I can take a look and guide you.

Hi Tanya, you forum isn't much different than the one in the image you attached. The only difference is the number of sub-forums. So you should just add more sub-forums to your forum by clicking on "Options > Structure > Create new sub-forum". Please let me know if you have more questions, comments or concerns.
