Mailing List Subscribtion not sending Link for Approval

I have posted and attempted to subscribe to a semi-private forum which tells me that to subscribe, which I do and says go check my mail to approve and I do, which never arrives and thus membership is impossibly blocked.  Here is the bad boy itself... http://www.brycchouse.com/Review-Process-and-Resolution-Processes-td2210543.html

I have posted 2 times and am queued up to be subscribed... if i am the mod and cannot post then I cannot convince fellow folks to post and subscribe...

hello... I submit my confusion to you.... I have received mail sayin that I should review the posts but nothing that allows me to subscribe to the list... truly odd... glitch??? maybe... let me know

I have several sub categories in holding patterns due to this it would seem...
