MY FORUM IS REALLY SLOW PLEASE HELP!?

Is something wrong with nabble or just my forum because for some reason it got really really slow today almost un-usable HELP!

I can't tell if it was your connection, the server or whatever else. No one else complained and it seems it is ok for me now. If it gets slow again, please, report it here as you did.
