Lost forum

I connected my forum to a domain (stonykpl.org) hosted elsewhere by adding it as a CNAME to my domain, and I changed hosts to Wix.com right after. Now I cannot access my nabble forum. What can I do to get it back?

The original URL was http://cheese.1102975.n5.nabble.com/ and I changed it to cheese.stonykpl.org or www.cheese.stonykpl.org. I am very confused and not familiar with website stuff, all I want is to be able to access the forum no matter what URL I end up using. This link leads me to the log-in page, but once i put in my log-in info, the page cannot be found: http://www.cheese.1102975.n5.nabble.com/template/NamlServlet.jtp?macro=login_page&message=You+must+login+to+view+Cheese.&nextUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.cheese.1102975.n5.nabble.com%2F

Please help me!!

I actually have the same problem, kind of.  My forum was attached to a domain that I released, but I didn't figure it mattered since I had it embedded at my main site as well.  Now the domain is gone and it just keeps loading at my main site which leaves me zero access to change it.  I need it reverted back to a nabble domain I guess.  It was originally http://shadowrun-forums.1045820.n5.nabble.com and I changed it to www.playsrforums.com.  Whoever helps the OP, please help me as well.

The response time around here is amazing.  If I have paid for ads to be removed on my forum does that qualify me for premium support?  And if so or not, would my problem probably be fixed right now if I had premium support?

Paying for ad removal simply removes the adverts.

Premium Support means you get support faster. As far as I know there is no guarantee on response time. It's just that those who pay go to the head of the queue and are likely to get more heavyweight customising of their forum done for them. Try posting a message on the Premium Support forum to discover the rates.

EDIT:
It's also worth saying that if it's something that only one of the Nabble Team can sort out, rather than general advice and guidance on use of the software, and it is reported over a weekend then it can take a few days. Nabble is a small operation and support is largely a one man operation and the guy does take more time off at weekends.

Thanks for the reply, I just wanted to be acknowledged, was feeling abandoned.  I will patiently await until Monday or Tuesday and hope for a reply.  Thanks for the premium info as well, I've been using Nabble's forum for a couple of years now and it has proved to be reliable and easy to use, plus embeddable with no cost.  I wouldn't mind throwing a little money their way.

Well it's been almost a week and no help.  I didn't realize that free support equals no support.  The OP might not care as much as I do, but my forum is being missed right now, please help or I will be forced to pay for premium support tomorrow and hopefully that will work.

LoL, thanks.  I actually just paid for a week's premium support just now when I noticed this response.  Sorry for seeming impatient on the matter, but it's been down for two weeks already.  I'll be sure to think of lots of questions to post in the premium support forum since I already paid for the week.  Thanks again for fixing it.
