Lost Access to Forum Due to associated Domain Email Expiration or New Nabble Transition.

I'm trying to revise a forum that I made over a year ago in the "Old" Nabble. However, my email has changed from [e-mail] because how-tube.com no longer exists. Perhaps this is because email addresses used in the old nabble forums are no longer active after the transition to the new nabble.

Here is where the forum is located:

When trying to login with my email address, I receive the following message:

No registered user found for this email.
Please enter a correct email address and click Get Password.

I'm at a loss here. Please contact me at [e-mail].
