Linking to a post does not take users to the embedded blog, how can I do this?

I just sent out a link to a post I made but when you access the link the blog is NOT embedded on the website and you can't get to my website unless you type the URL in or I add the link inside my post, which defeats the purpose.  Is there a way to link to posts that will keep the blog embedded on my website?

What was the URL of the link your sent?
What is the URL of your blog?
What is the URL of your website?

You didn't answer the question:

Your domain, http://www.foodrxapp.com/, is "cloaked" in a frameset. Your blog is, in fact at hosted at:
http://foodrx.businesscatalyst.com/blog.html
You should set that address address as your redirect under the Nabble embedding option screen. Then any reference to a Nabble permalink will appear within you main site.

Resetting:
I looked at options>embedding and didn't see anything that would answer your question.  Can you take a screen shot and point to it?  
is this what your asking for:

I only see options> embed post
no other "embed" options are listed here.

Yes! That is the URL of the page in which your blog is embedded.

I would expect the redirect information on the "Embedding Options" page to show:

Redirect Users
Your embedded forum is hosted on Nabble at this URL: http://food-rx-app.2324725.n4.nabble.com/
( ) Allow users to view this forum without embedding.
(•) Redirect them to: http://foodrx.businesscatalyst.com/blog.html.

If the page shows something different, post what it does show here.

Providing you have selected the "Redirect" option shown above any link to your Nabble blog will be displayed within your main web site.

but how to link to a specific post?

Copy and paste the contents of the dialogue that appears when clicking the "Permalink" link while displaying that post.
