Linkable URL from within website?

Various embeddable services I've used add a custom extension to the page you've embed the application into so you can send a direct link to that particular feed.  It would look something like this

http://www.examplewebsite.com/blog.html#nabble:category=0&mode=category&offset=0&sort=normal

By doing so, you can actually link to the various blog posts within your site instead of having to send them to the Nabble page.  This would help with SEO if this was possible.  If anyone knows how to set this up please let me know.  I hope the Nabble team would consider this type of functionality.

Each page has a permalink when embedded (look at the upper right corner of the screen and you will see the link). That link should be enough for your needs, but you must remember to set the redirect option in the embedding settings page.

When I use the permalink to the root or main home page of the blog the redirect works, however when I try to use a permalink to a direct post it give me an error
