Lead in page for pictures

A message sent from Nabble tells me I did something wrong to cause an error. It also says to contact you because of this. I have not touched it to alter in weeks. I had tried to delete the attached advertising without any luck. I don't know if this did anything to it but as I said that was weeks ago. I have since learnt this advertising is the price I pay for a "free" Forum/Picture page from Nabble.

Ok, when did you see this error and which error is it?
I believe it is an issue which is already solved but if you are still having it, please, post it here so we can take a look for you.
