Is there a way to create multiple forums with 1 account?

Depends a bit what you mean by "one account", but yes! Make sub-forums!

With the appropriate use of user groups and permissions it becomes possible to to prevent access to the top-level forum and grow completely separate lists of users for different sub-forums.
