Is their a way to stop getting emails from my forum>?

I just do not want people to have my email period nor do I want to have theirs can i take that option off completely>?

also i want to add i do not want people from the board messages going right to my email box and i do not want to have other users to have that option either.

Only the administrator of the forum can see the email address of users.
