Is Nabble xml-rpc capable?

Can someone tell me if Nabble has xml-rpc capability to allow for remote publishing?  I am purchasing a curation software to expand my ecommerce site blogs, where the blog is written in the curator and transfered over to Nabble, but it requires xml-rpc compliance.
