Invite Subscribers - Activation Request

Good Morning,

Thank you for an excellent app, we have just launched our web site and are using Nabble as our news page.

I would like to be able to invite parents to register to the news page, could you please activate that option for our forum.

Am i actually posting this in the correct forum ?
When I attempt to invite subscribers it links me to the nabble forum, I can not post in there as it is for paying.
I have read the Free v Paid and much of the other topics in each forum.
But to save me waiting for a response which might never come, as I can see another user requesting access from 4th January who has received no reply.

Could somebody just reply and tell me to hold my horses and be patient, if you dont mind would be really appreciated.

Hi,

Yes you are posting in the right forum.

Delays in responses from the Nabble team can occur  in the "Free Support" forum when they are busy handling requests for support in the main "Nabble Support" forum.

"Nabble Support" is the area where those paying for Premium Support post.

The support team is just one guy, based in Brazil, I believe, so for UK users there will almost always appear to be some delay to requests for help.

I just wanted to make sure I had posted in the correct place. From reading the other threads and discussions I realised some delay.
The key thing when I clicked the link it took me to the support forum and I started to think I was assuming to much to ask for this additional under free stuff, if that makes sense.
