I recently changed my email on my blog and could access my blog and post and edit but could not access the support forum it kept saying i had an incorrect login or that the email wasn't registered. I was trying to request to get a follow button for subscribers and couldn't as i couldn't access the forum. Could you help me with this? the blog i have is artblog.joannomeara.com. Thank you!

That is to be expected.

You need to register separately on every forum you join. You do not have a single account for everything at Nabble.com.
I was trying to request to get a follow button for subscribers and couldn't as i couldn't access the forum.
I am slightly confused.

I assume "and couldn't as I couldn't access the forum" is a third reference to the point that you didn't realise you need to register separately for every Nabble forum you join or create.

Also "follow" is a term that is used on Twitter and has no meaning on a Nabble forum or blog. Please explain what you mean by "follow".

A "subscriber" is someone who has opted to receive any posts made on your forum/blog via email. Anyone who visits your forum can do that by selecting:
Options > Subscribe via email
No button is needed.
the blog i have is artblog.joannomeara.com. Thank you!
It is better to include the http:// when referring to a URL. It then gets turned into a link. Also it is more helpful to quote the URL of your Nabble application not that of the domain you use or site that you have embedded it in. It makes it easier for Nabble staff to sort out any problem.

I am very new to nabble and did not realize that you need to set up another account to access the forum. I understand people can subscribe via email through the options panel but thought I had to approve it or that there was something else I was missing. I wasn't exactly sure how to phrase my question. I will try to make it as clear and easy as possible next time. Thanks for the help

You are not alone, so don't feel embarrassed about that.

Opting in to subscribing is entirely in the hands of the user of your forum not you as the administrator.

The most you can do is issue invitations, but you need to ask Nabble to add that module to your forum. There is special area of the Support forum where you should make that request. Remember to quote the URL of your forum.

The recipient of an invitation email still has to confirm they want to subscribe. On the other hand, administrators can unsubscribe any subscriber.

Because subscribers can reply to the emails they receive from a forum, encouraging them can be a mistake as, these days, most email users top-post their relies over the above the quoted text of the original message. That can clutter a forum or comments on a blog post with ever extending repetitious quotes of the original post.

Do you really want subscribers, or are you just trying to get people to visit your blog?
