Iframe not fully opening

My iframe, at times, isn't opening all the way to the bottom:



There is a 3 pixel light blue border that goes all the way around the frame and at times it is cut off.

What would cause this?

It's happening on all pages on all three apps. Sometimes it goes away and then comes back.

So this morning it is ALMOST working - only cutting off ONE pixel, this happens often too:

In your interface, do you have access to that footer menu ( The Woodstove Trip Reports ...) , any tag with "block-12" id ?

Not sure.

What do you need or think?

Your footer menu, sometimes, get a margin-top = -20 px. That is why it goes above your forum.
I want to know where is this being set.

So Block ID 12 has a negative margin that has to be removed?

[Pedro]

Yes. But I'm not sure if it is set to be like this or if is there another element forcing it to have this margin.
