I have a mailing list archive where "pending alert" never goes away.

I'm not sure I've always had this issue, it seems to be quite new but I can't be sure.  I use Nabble as an archive to a mailing list AND as a way for users to interact with the list as a forum.  Currently posts that are being made in the forum are NOT showing up as being accepted by the list even after they have been.

As I dig through the archive I can see that it is JUST posts from today that have not cleared their "pending" status so maybe I'm jumping the gun a little bit, but can anyone tell me what the trigger is for when this action takes place?  I assumed it would be cleared when they hit the list, but obviously this isnt the case... maybe its checked every X number of hours or something?

anyway, any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Oh yes, I also see that no list messages have been posted since 9:03 this morning.  Which means there are at least 8 messages waiting in queue that have gone out to the list but are NOT showing up in the forums.  I may have had this issue before and Hugo had to fix it for me.  Can you take a look at this one more time Hugo?
