I got an Error 500

Hi, I got an Error 500. You ask to get in touch with you to explain what happened, and since Im a good boy :-) there it goes what I did:

1. I received the email "Authorization requested to join Forum Russian". I have to add here that any user can reply/create topics so I believe I shouldn't have received this request on the first place. A user can't write new topic on the main page of the forum, but I have the application I have there is "board" so they can't see any "new topic" button.
2. I clicked the link of the email that goes "To accept this request, you should add this user to at least one permission group that has access to this area"
3. This email was addressed to one of the moderators, but I was logged in as a different user (a different moderator)
4. When the window opened I received this:

The error happened because the URL doesn't have a parameter called "user". Could you please post the exact URL you receive in the email so that I can try to reproduce the issue myself? Thanks.
