I cannot write in my Forum

  I am the administrator, and cannot write because appear this text :
"You have made too many posts in a short time. Please try again later."
 But I wait 15 minutes.

You are not alone, there are numerous users having the same issue at the moment.  The problem seems limited to those who are the owners/admin to their forums.  The issue doesn't seem to affect other registered users of the forum.

I've not been able to post for about a week now.  The only resolution I was able to do to temporarily get around the problem was to create a new account, give it admin privileges and use that account to post from.
