I can't get back to my forum...

I can't get back to my forum...
It was embedded in my website, and I set it so anyone visiting the forum would be redirected to the website.  But then I removed it from the website and now whenever I try to get to it, it still redirects me back to the blank website page.  How can I get back to it?
