I am having difficulty with the Validation Code

I cannot post to my own forum because I can't get beyond the CAPTCHA validation code...repeatedly getting an error message saying that what I entered doesn't match the "picture".


I don't know if the image will post properly.

Any help will be appreciated.

Sorry...I sent a response that didn't go on the forum topic, because I sent in a separate email.  I am not posting anonymously.  I am Styve, and I developed the site and the forum.  I did a Nabble forum because Weebly uses Tal.ki, and it is awful.  I am beginning to think that Nabble is just as bad.  Since you are in Brazil, perhaps we have a language barrier, and that is slowing down the problem-solving.

I made a test and captcha is working, if you can't post, try clicking on "Change code image"

Anyway, you are in "registered" group, so you shouldn't have this problem I guess

I have tried numerous times with diff. captcha codes.  I see you started a new topic, so I tried a test response, and the captcha didn't work, again.

the question is how are you trying to post?

I see you have your profile in this forum(Styve), I have created my own account and i repeat you, if you are in "registered" group you don't have the option to introduce a captcha when posting.

Make sure you are using your account(top-right on your forum), If you are, try to "log out" and then "log in", if you are trying to post as anonymous(idk why), try to "log in" and "log out"

This clearly isn't a issue local to Nabble, but something further afield - but don't ask me where...

Having seen LouK's post, I wonder if this might be some strange cookie issue. Have you tried clearing all Nabble cookies?

Per a recommendation by Greg, I cleared out my Nabble cookies, and I still cannot get beyond the validation code I enter not matching that being displayed.  I am going to have to take down the forum, now that it has all that testing going on.  I can't even manage the forum, or register, for the same captcha glitch.

I don't understand why the forum are asking you to fill up a captcha. It happens to anonymous users.
