Yes!

Click on the "Last Post Date/Time" link not the "Topic Subject" link.

Not only does it go to the last page but scrolls to the last post.
Volunteer Helper - but recommending that users move off the platform!

I should have added that in forums with multiple sub-forums "Topics View" is extremely useful. This lists the topics with the latest post regardless of the sub-forum in which it was posted.
