How to resize forum in Blogger?

Is there a way to make the width of my Nabble forum more narrow, like 500 pixels wide or so?  I want to include my usual sidebar ads on the forum page.  My sidebar is 260 pixels wide.  If I just embed it as it is, it pushes the sidebar down below the forum.  I think this is the embed code:
